The VAR is a 'filter' we use to sort out the strong from the weak. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ➣INFORMATION Under the current system, each rank covers a variety of topics - you will be tested and noted down every training you attend. As you progress through the ranks it will become more challenging for you.
