The Foundation is a confidential organization trusted by all major governments around the world to contain paranormal entities that are dangerous or can be used for dangerous, malicious purposes. The Foundation classify these anomalies based on their level of containment difficulty. The Foundation is mostly operated by a council and a chain of command based on levels from 0-5.
