The CCO operates by rooting out traitors, saboteurs, and infiltrators, while also investigating anything that catches it's eye. Formerly the Internal Security Department and Intelligence Agency, it still conducts much of the operations of both departments as one department. _________________________________________________________________________________________ HOW TO JOIN: Hand-selected.
