To get promoted from rank to rank, you must attend trainings, which are hosted at random times and notify you when a training has started. Applications. Applications open at random times, to apply there will be an center soon. You will be able to apply for SWAT, rank Lieutenant is required. You will also be able to apply for PSP (Work In progress.)
