Playing a more crucial role than it's predecessor, the Thalmor represent the interests of Altmer kind and thus, the Dominion itself, and act often as diplomats, ambassadors and enforcers of the Dominion's Law. After the fall of the Third Aldmeri Dominion, the Thalmor now operate independent as an extremist political party that Altmer and Bosmer alike follow. ─════════════════════════════════─ Current Emissary High Emissary - ─════════════════════════════════─ Faction: Empire of Tamriel
