Anoka County District Attorney's Office ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The Office of the Anoka County District Attorney is responsible for the prosecution and litigation of all criminal offenses and civil matters where the state is involved. The District Attorney is elected by the citizens of Anoka County and oversees the day to day operations of the office. The District Attorney has the authority to appoint Assistant District Attorneys to help prosecute the heavy caseload of the county. The First Assistant District Attorney is the most senior ADA that acts as the DA in his/her absence.
