Description

The Republic of California Founded on 1/9/18 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The California Republic was an unrecognized breakaway state that for 25 days in 1846 militarily controlled an area north of San Francisco, in and around what is now Sonoma County in California. In what is known as the Bear Flag Revolt, we raised the Bear Flag over Sonoma, declaring independence from Mexico.
