The Shiny Battalion | Training the Future of the TGR The Shiny Battalion recruits and develops Divisionless Troopers within the The Galactic Republic. Our goal is to provide new and returning players with the skills they need to succeed through clear guidance, discipline, and leadership development. We train troopers in the core basics including commands, formations, combat, communication, and proper grammar, while also keeping the experience fun and enjoyable. Many GAR groups focus only on rules and structure, but we believe that training should be effective without forgetting that this is a game. Having fun matters. After completing training, troopers are supported as they move up the ranks of the GAR. Graduates may earn the chance to lead their own unit within the Shiny Battalion or advance into a respected Division of their choice, with my personal guarantee of proper training and readiness. The Shiny Battalion is the foundation of future leaders.
