Voyennaya Komendatura, also known as Commandant's Service is a unit inside of 39th HQ that specializes on keeping everything in place during the combat missions, from watching after people so they take correct classes, to patrolling the back of frontline, preventing enemy from sneaking in. Mostly, this unit consists of admins / moderators, so in case of any insubordination actions can be taken against certain members.
