Description
The Moebius gang was formed in 2001, approximately two years before the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman). It has had several leaders, but among the most prominent was Nobutaka Osanai, the leader of the 8th generation, who held the role until Moebius was defeated by Toman in the August 3rd Conflict. The latest generations were divided into two groups: one for members born in 1988 and one for those born up to 1990. The first group, led by Osanai, disbanded after losing the conflict with Toman, while the second group was temporarily led by Shuji Hanma.
