Hold of the Reach #4677193
Description
Established 1/18/19 Revised 7/4/26 -- Hold of the Reach -- The Hold of the Reach, also known as the Jarldom of the Reach is a small duchy in the region of Western Skyrim consistent of a Nordic population mixed in with Native Reachmen (Reach Bretons) alongside a very small Dunmer population post crisis. It was established a long time ago but found itself recently conquered by a Nordic native to the Reach, who was assisted by dark allies from another plane of existence. Following the fall of the Reach the Jarldom found itself re-established by a recently resurrected Jarl by his aforementioned dark allies; the Order of the Black Worm, also known as The Worm Cult, who currently protects it from any potential threats; while also influencing the politics directly by expanding their dark arts into the magical leaning citizens of the Reach, given approval by the Jarl himself under direct supervision approved by the Elite Guard, the Reach Wardens.
