Description
The Ethics Committee is an independent department of the Foundation that effectively determines the Laws/Rules of the Foundation. They determine what is right and what is wrong. They spectate tests to determine whether a Researcher is exploiting their ability to use Class - D Personnel. They work with the Department of Regulations to determine the fate of an employee that has possibly broken the Code of Ethics.
