Shrooms #470657

Description
A civilization modeled off of the ancient inhabitants of the Mediterranean (Rome, Greece, Egypt, etc). The Shrooms believe in the might of language, belief, and culture, over war. E-Pluribus Unum. Based on the belief that all nations of the galaxies may live in peace. But this is not wanted by many, many species. The Mushes are a large example. There was a Binary planet system in the Andromeda galaxy, near one of the outer arms. The two planets were called Mushia and Shroomica. The atmosphere of Shroomica is mostly Carbon, with a taint of Nitrogen, which allows some "interesting" evolutionary effects. As a result, we evolved from mushrooms. Our oceans of liquid Nitrogen allow a good temperature balance, but it is also difficult to take our waters places, or even start a fire. This means we must take our boat designs, modify them very minimally, and take them to the skies. This is the true birth of the "Astro Steampunk" Idea, and is one of the easiest methods of transport
