Following the loss of the United States in World War II, it was able to emerge as a free and democratic nation with the assistance of Canadian forces. Declaring independence to avoid signing a fascist treaty that would demilitarize and disgrace the United States. New England is now in the process of evolving, to safeguard its delicate borders, people, and government.
