Description
Crimea is a peninsula on the northern coast of the Black Sea in Eastern Europe that is almost completely surrounded by both the Black Sea and the smaller Sea of Azov to the northeast. It has recently been bought by the Ukrainian government and given to Geust's Russian Empire. Crimea, while being a republic of the Russian Empire, is allowed to have large amounts of autonomy. It's given 5 seats on the State Duma and 1 on the Federal Council. It's also allowed to have its own subgroup and police force, along with maintaining home rule.
