Description
The Capulus Files are an intergovernmental, primarily volunteer organization focused on the archival and cataloguing of the history of Capulus, its people, and its nations. Founded 3 years after the Silvonian War, the TCF prides itself on its rapid response and recovery of vital assets. Books, scrolls, maps, tapes and videos (among many other archaic types of media) are all contained in the organization's Grand Vault, a subterranean megacomplex below Skyline City. Rumored to be staffed by thousands, and with no public access, it's only a matter of time before the horrors underground claw their way to the surface.
