ππππ-πππππ ππππππππ The Leib-Gvardii Preobrazhenskiy Polk was one of the Life Guards regiments of the Imperial Russian Army. It was one of the oldest and elite regiments of the Imperial Russian Army, it was formed by Peter the Great in the 1683 from his ΠΏΠΎΡΠ΅ΡΠ½ΡΠ΅ Π²ΠΎΠΉΡΠΊΠ° 'Toy Forces' during his military games in the village of Preobrazhenskoye (now a district in Moscow). The Preobrazhensky regiment distinguished itself during the Great Northern War of 1700β1721 when Peter the Great basically demolished the Swedish Empire, the Patriotic War of 1812 and the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878. πππππ Talk to the Commander on how to enlist.
