Selected for their discipline, loyalty, and proven ability in combat, they answer to no general or party — only to the College of Nobles. Operating outside the traditional army structure, the Guardcorps serves as the armed will of the ruling House, enforcing order, eliminating threats, and leading key offensives where failure is not an option. Feared at the front and respected in the rear, they are the tip of the spear in the Rheinbund’s war for dominance.
