Description
“El Locco” (“The Mad One”) became the nickname outsiders gave the family. Not because they were sloppy or chaotic, but because their methods looked insane to rivals—wearing white to hits, hosting funerals for enemies in advance, or throwing celebrations right after violent takeovers. What seemed like madness was really calculated intimidation. Over time, the name stuck. Members embraced it: “If fear calls us El Locco, then madness is our crown.”
