Description
The Marine Corps Public Relations is a foreign affairs department that manages allies between other groups. All affiliates are part of a larger, decentralized coalition that collectively form the United States Military, all foreign allies and USM affiliates are welcome to join the Public Relations group as they see fit. To ally the USMC, you must ally this group. Do not ally the main USMC group.
