CONTRA OMNES DISSIDENT "Against all odds" Drill instructors in the Stratocracy’s Naval Department are responsible for preparing marines for amphibious and expeditionary operations. They lead recruits though training and they ensure marines are mentally and physically prepared to handle high-pressure combat situations.
