Description
Originally sent into the frontier as a final destination for synth refugees, the Washington Railroad were merely a handful of agents and one prototype synth. Washington State was estimated by P.A.M. to be the most ideal location for an escape far from The Institutes reach. Once the Washington Railroad group arrived in Seattle, they noticed two groups oppressing innocent people. The NCR was taxing already impoverished farmers and conscripting their sons and daughters. The Legion made an effort to push the remaining NCR territories after the destruction of Shady Sands, making their way to Seattle as well. Our agents noticed horrible atrocities being committed against the innocent by the Legion, it is then we decided to break off the Eastern chapter. We still accept synth transports from The Commonwealth, but we now swear to protect anyone who is innocent and fight all oppressors.
