Welcome to Blue Shake! "Where the fun never ends!" Rules: [1] Grammar is needed at all times, inside and outside your training, interviews, & cafe. Failing to use grammar will result in your failure. [2] Respect is needed at all times towards your trainer and fellow baristas. Disrespect is not tolerated. [3] A greeting should include your introduction, welcoming them to the cafe, and asking what they'd like to order. [4] Remember some of the most important qualities of a successful Barista are KMR (Kindness, Maturity, Respect). [5] Please do not give or hand out free ranks for any payment, as this will cause a demotion.
