𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞: After the nuclear war many factions arise and claimed there dominance over certain territory. Such because of that cities and towns that didn't join a faction where left without alliances for protection and trading with no big food and water income. Because of this the Federation was born as a pact between those cities and towns to protect themselves and secure trade routes between them.
