What is Northern Concord Rebels? Northern Concord Rebels, also known as NCR is a terror insurgency based in Northern Berkeley. These are high skilled individuals who work together that are professional, disciplined, and united. We are a combat focused organization that are focused on gaining and creating the most elite rebels. Our organizations values professionalism, respect, and maturity. Every member is expected to work together, follow leadership and contribute positively to the organization. Through regular trainings, operations, and robbing, members will develop combat IQ, strategies, and teamwork. NCR is committed to maintaining high standards for its members. We seek individuals who are active, dedicated, and willing to improve. Members of NCR are expected to uphold integrity and our community values.
