If someone breaks these rules and you can't tell any HR. Report it to a Provo and they will deal with it. 6. Provo's aren't allowed to abuse there rank. If you want to become a Provost, you'll have to speak to the provost Marshal or owner. Only owner if the Marshal is offline.
