Description
Oligarch-13 is a classified subterranean research site built deep within an isolated cave system. Operatives stationed here work to contain anomalous objects, creatures, and phenomena that cannot be safely stored above ground. Security teams, researchers, and logistics personnel collaborate to keep the site stable, secure, and hidden from the outside world.
