The old, noble lineage of the Artaryian Dragonlords had been restored by former Emperor Aeric Artarys, whom had left his homeland of Laevith with a thousand men and his dragon, for new lands after the events of the 'Scourge of Laevith'. They had eventually landed upon the continent of Rhallon, ruled by the Drakvylde Crest - and had attempted to take control of the continent, a war they had lost. Little is known about the Artarys Dynasty, only the facts that they come from a foreign, ruined land, and that the Artaryians are able to tame and ride dragons.
