Description
Long ago, a tyrant ruled the lands of Dweln, and caused great misery during his wretched reign. He allowed his people to starve while he gorged himself. He waged horrible wars in lands far beyond his own borders to wreak the spoils of victory. It was to the surprise of no one when the Dweln took arms against this tyrant after enduring centuries of misery. They besieged the royal palace and forced him outside, executing in public. They cheered as his disembodied head rolled away from his miserable shoulders. Henceforth, an oligarchy of kings or queens was established to rule the land of Dweln, a council of three. Now in brighter days, population ascends rapidly. The Kingdom of Dweln has grown to a great nation of the north-east. As the tides of war grow near for all, land, power, recourses, and allies become the rule of the day. Perhaps now it is time for the woodland elves of Dweln to expand their borders? Only time will tell which path this great nation shall take.
