Description
Khand was the name of a land which lay to the south-east of Mordor and to the east of Near Harad. The Khaganate of Khand, otherwise known as the Great Khanate of Khand, was a large empire stretching accross the lands of both upper and lower Khand, as well as parts of Harad, Rhûn and Nûrnen. Khand is a highly decentralised empire, with many Tribal Leaders and Kings exerting power over their own tribes, outside the authority of the Khaganate. Khand has now united however into one unison force. Join the Communications Server found in the Social Links tab for more.
