The Western Union was formed by towns in Southern Washington and Northern Oregon who were trying to bring back the safety of the old world to its citizens. Uniform: Militia don't have to have a uniform just wear something genre related. Governors should have suits or at least something formal If you want to add a city to the Union, create lore then DM me.
