Description
The Foundation's line of work requires a large number of highly specialized professionals. This is usually related to anomalies that require much effort and an unorthodox approach for containment. To address this, Mobile Task Forces are formed. Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" is a task force that reports directly to the O5 Council and is used in situations that require the strictest operational security. Beta-7 "Maz Hatters" specializes in the acquisition and containment of anomalies exhibiting extreme biological, chemical, or radiological hazards as well as the rapid containment and cleanup of areas affected by such anomalies. Epsilon-9 "Fire Eaters" specializes in the use of incendiary weaponry and operations in high-temperature environments. Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox" handles internal security for the SCP Foundation, under oversight by MTF Alpha-1. NU-7 "Hammer Down" is a battalion-strength force consisting of three company-sized elements of special operations infantry forces.
