The FP-O5 Council is made up of the most prominent and unquestionably epic members of ☾S.C.P.F☽ and the members of the official administrative FP-O5 council. To apply for council membership you must have at least L-0 Clearance and acknowledge GoodVirtues as an almighty anomalous being and savior of the foundation with intense big-brained knowledge sent to lead the FP-O5 council. The Cafeteria within Site Omega and the administrative office of GoodVirtues are official meeting places of the council.
