City of Three Portlands #488106596
Description
𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘-𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒 "𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗨𝗠" City-State of Three Portlands is a mysterious city-state located in an extradimensional nexus, accessible through paranormal gateways connecting three otherwise separate versions of Portland, Oregon; Portland, Maine; and Portland, England. Although officially independent, Three Portlands maintains a policy of neutrality and limited contact with the ordinary outside world. Its unique position between realities has made it a center for anomalous research, trade, and diplomacy.
