Description
Karamanoğulları Beyliği, Anadolu Selçuklu Devleti'nin ardından kurulan Garaman merkezli beyliktir. Karamanoğlu Mehmet Bey, Türkçeyi beylik sınırları içerisinde konuşulacak dil ilan etmişti ancak zamanla beylikte Farsça resmi dil olmuştur. 13. yüzyılda Anadolu'daki en güçlü Türk beyliği kabul ediliyordu.
