Description
Once operating across geographic borders, TICOR now stands as one of the last major powers in a world that has condemned itself to surrender under the ice and snow that continues to fall without end. TITAN has taken up the responsibility of carrying humanity through the unprecedented threat of extinction. In its own way. As the world around TITAN slowly crumbles, anomalies, entities, rifts and only what could be described as phenomena have plagued the landscape with ever-evolving frequency. Those who attempt to survive outside of TITAN's borders are met with a harsh reality. Lack of survival. TICOR serves as a bastion for those many survivors who want to join civilization once more. The old world is dying. TITAN does not intend to follow. Access is conditional. Knowledge is compartmentalized. Loyalty is assumed.
