Description
STATUS: Active Limit: 10 (Vice-Commissioner+ doesn't count) Purpose: The Riot Control Unit (RCU) is a specialized subdivision within the Security Department, primarily tasked with containing and suppressing Class-D riots. Their main role is to support Mobile Task Forces (MTF) in restoring order during large-scale disturbances. However, they are also trained to neutralize and control riots independently, ensuring swift and efficient suppression of hostile uprisings without requiring MTF presence.
