Description
The Great Russian Empire, started off as the "Union of Europe" in 1912. A year later, in 1913, many countries left the Union, so the Supreme Overseer of the pact, Viktor Kalishnikov, began to claim countries that left the union, and then claim the other countries. He became the highest honor in the Russian Tsardom, as it became the biggest empire ever.
