Description
Since there are many public enemies out there, we need to give their plans and ideas to the other side of the groups, we will corrupt FEAR and RAT. We will become allies with Spetsnaz and the branches of the group. We will stand strong and we will fight back if neccesary. we need more people to join so go around and ask people of fear that have been complaining about their rank and stuff and let them know of us and let them get the chance of corrupting their enemy since they didn't give them the respect that they wanted.
