☆𝕀𝕟𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟☆ The Academy Staff Directorate is a directorate of the Russian Army that recruits, educates, trains and helps all Russian Army members. They are mainly active at the Military Academy, but they can host events at smaller training grounds too. Academy Staff members are called “Instructors” and are responsible for a lot of very important things. The tasks of an Instructor can diversify a lot dependent on the situation and that is exactly what makes the job of Instructor so interesting. ☆𝕄𝕚𝕟𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕪☆ The Academy Staff Directorate is part of the Ministry of Progress. Read the Codex for more information. ☆𝔸𝕕𝕞𝕚𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟☆ Pass Basic Training first, then go through a drill school hosted by a Lead Instructor or above. Must be a Corporal or higher in order to be accepted for the training.
