Description
"The Rule of Three" Directorate 3 is a criminal organization operating primarily in East Noobia, with satellite chapters establishing operations within many other nations of Tellus. The organization was established by Colonel John5NSO as a means of appropriating funds for the war effort in an attempt to bridge the gap in funding from the Stratocracy. Directorate 3 primarily takes part in gun running, private security details, contract killers, and several other criminal activities. The organization is primarily led by "The Three", trusted criminal kingpins appointed by Colonel John5NSO to establish day-to-day operations while allowing the Colonel to maintain plausible deniability in the face of criminal charges. This organization primarily operates within Atria Federal Prison.
