----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ---- The Serpent's Hand is a group that primarily focuses on raiding and rescuing SCPs from the Foundation. The Serpent's Hand is based inside the Wanderer's Library, an area that exists between dimensions. The SH are few but strong, and manage to consistently harass the Foundation. SCPs that have rescued include SCP-035, and SCP-049. However, the SH agree with the foundation when it comes to the more dangerous and mindless SCPs, such as SCP-096 and SCP-939.
