Description

The United Survivors of the Flash, or the USOTF, is a group of survivors that banded together with the hope of restoring humanity back to their original state. Settlement captains are leaders of the settlements we have. The Head of Settlements oversees all of them. In order to be a settlement captain, you must have disk-cord and at least one of the following: prop placer with settlement expansion, a known location of a faction-less area that has a prebuilt area for a settlement, or must be in good relations with the Founder.
