𝐏𝐞𝐳𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐢 | 𝐀𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 The Pezhetairoi were the backbone of the Ancient Macedonian Army. They were the armored soldiers who formed the majority of the phalanxes. The Pezhetairoi were remembered and as expected today to be skilled in formations and combat, being remembered as a terrifying enemy to be opposed. 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 Newcomers to the Pezhetairoi will begin their Military Career as the initial Auxilitary rank.
