[-] Capabilities Development Department #500630223
Description
[𝐃𝐈𝐎] Directorate of Innovation & Organization [𝗖𝗗𝗗] Capabilities Development Department [𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡] Capabilities Development Department serves as the strategic backbone of feature planning and innovation. Our primary goal is to research, conceptualize, and scope both new and existing features to support long-term game growth and operational efficiency. We operate using a research-driven methodology, producing detailed Feature Scope Documents (FSDs) that outline design intent, technical requirements, user impact, and recommended development pathways. These documents guide CENTCOM, leadership, and development teams in making informed decisions regarding feature implementation, prioritization, and resource allocation. [𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣] To become a Product Planner, you need to pass the CDD applications and complete your phases. Look out for applications in the DIO server! [𝗠𝗢𝗧𝐓𝗢] "Fons Innovationis"
