Description
The Ordinance of the Toothy Cones was founded by Pieguardian. I have made this for reasons of protecting those reckless drivers. We will block off routes that need to be blocked off. Yell 'DETOUR!' or 'TAKE ANOTHER ROUTE!' If anyone should pass you, go into cone speed pursuit. Yell 'HOODLUM!' or 'HOOLIGAN!' and direct them to stop under penalty of the cones. If you aren't trained in the arts of the cone, you may not enter. Good luck on getting in.
