Its primary responsibility is to establish and maintain diplomatic relations with external groups, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding in support of official raids and wider events. In addition, the sub department is tasked with representing the SEA Military in a positive and professional manner when viewed by outside members and allied organizations.
