Description
Founded by AndrewTooCool back in December of 2009, this is the second most popular group bringing top hat owners together into one group. Players with any top hat, banded hat, or even fans of top hats can join. Just request to join the group and you will be accepted as soon as possible. Once you are in the group, post on the group wall what top hat you own to be ranked up if you were not already put into the correct category upon joining.
