Turkish Cypriot Reunification Army ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Turkish Cypriot Reunification Army was established by Turkish nationalists who had actively participated in the initial invasion of Cyprus. However, the organization gained significant traction following the TRoNC's repeated peaceful attitude. The turning point came when the TRoNC engaged in cooperation talks and held a meeting with the Greek Government in North Nicosia. This event outraged the nationalist within the country who were still deeply affected by the war and the past history. The TCRA capitalized on this sentiment, which led to an upsurge in their influence and support by nationalist Turkish Cypriots.
