Description
The DEA deals with all things external, whether it be making an alliance with another Foundation, negotiating deals, or trying to rescue a hostage from an opposing GOI, the DEA deals with it. They also deal with press releases to the general public ranging from closed road to an entire city's destruction. The DEA is what keeps the Foundation hidden from the public eye. - Secondary department
